rebrand & multi-channel marketing strategy
Sympli was a B2B women’s fashion brand sold through women’s boutiques throughout North America. When the pandemic took the world by storm in 2020, I was at the helm of Marketing to take the brand B2C in order to grow the organization. Part of this transition was to refresh the brand and make it appeal to a more youthful woman. I led the marketing team and built out the e-commerce team to accomplish:
double-digit YoY revenue growth
60% increase in traffic to the website from a multi-channel marketing strategy
executed Public Relations strategy to get mainstream media pickup (Vogue, Vanity Fair)
redesigned website, social media content strategy, email marketing, in-store signage, wholesale platform launch (using nuORDER)
led photo and video shoots for new product launches and existing campaigns
